Arctic to Baltic.
Four people, four sports, one relay across the whole of Sweden. 2,400 km, 7 days, non-stop, June 2027. Never done before, so nobody has a head start.

Not four athletes. Four people.
Everyone has a reason not to.
- No time
- The kids
- An old injury
- The feeling it's meant for someone else
Athletes have theirs too:
- Not my sport
- Not my distance
- Not my level
No one has done this before, so there is no level to reach.
Just months of training side by side, then a week across Sweden, from the van to the roadside handover, carried by everyone who keeps the relay moving and the strangers who stop to cheer.
Bring your reason with you.
It becomes part of the story, and the story keeps going in everyone it gets moving.
Florian is one of the four. Three places are open, for two women and one man, until 31 December 2026.
The terrain picks the sport.
One relay, from the top of Sweden to the bottom, day and night, and the clock never stops. You do not have to be good at everything. You pick one sport, the one you like, and the terrain decides when it is your turn. Where you can run, we run. When the route meets water, the swimmer takes over. When the road is right for it, it is the bike or the roller-skis. And if it has to be running again, it is running again.
What Moves Us was one person, alone, for forty days. Arctic to Baltic hands that road to four.

Four sports, four people.
Running
Your feet, the road, and a hand waiting at the next handover.
Cycling
Long stretches of Sweden going by under your wheels.
Swimming
Wherever the route meets water, you get in.
Roller-ski
Skiing without snow, the Swedish way. Heads turn by the road.

I take whatever is left. Secretly, I hope it's swimming, since I love it so much. Or roller-ski. Me, the guy from Tahiti, doing the most Swedish sport there is, at 3 a.m. somewhere in the far north? I want to see that. Pick yours first. I'll deal with it.
Until June 2027
The road there.
Now, in the street
Free public challenges in Gothenburg, open to anyone. The project trains in public, and so does whoever joins.
