Your team crosses Sweden. At lunchtime.

In 2026, Florian Teatiu became the first person on record to cross Sweden by swimming, cycling and running. In a challenge week, your people cross Sweden together, on a map in your hall, one lunch break at a time.

The offer

One week of lunch breaks.

Florian opens the week, he is there at every lunch break, and he is there when it ends. Your people run or ride in your own space, in their own clothes, at their own pace, for as long as they want. No travel, no kit, no level required.

Running or cycling, shaped with you, in the week that suits you.

The week

How the week works.

  • Just show up

No sign-up, no kit, no level, no explanation. Turn up at lunch, in your own clothes.

  • Run or ride your own pace

For as long as you want. Nobody counts their own distance.

  • Move the pin

Walk up and push the company total further across Sweden, by hand, on a real map.

  • Leave a word

Your name, your kilometres, and a word for whoever comes next.

Inside the company, it is your teams against each other, never the company against anyone else. Split into whatever teams already exist, departments, floors, offices. The ranking counts how much of each one took part, not how far it went, so a team of twelve where ten take part beats a team of a hundred where twenty do. Nobody is excluded and no team can fail.

The winning move is to go and get the colleague who never signs up for anything.

Why it works

Why it works where others do not.

Florian has coached across every age and ability, and what he found is that the biggest barrier to moving is rarely physical, it is the belief that sport is not for you. His own crossing used three disciplines, swimming, cycling and running. A lunch break only allows two of them, and that turns out to be enough.

Most sport challenges at work are won by the people who already train, and everyone else quietly stays at their desk. This one is built the other way round: no speed, no distance to reach, no kit, and the only way to win is to bring more of your people. That is exactly what a wellbeing budget is meant to buy.

Who

Who leads the week.

Born in Tahiti: former professional ballet dancer, rugby player, athletic coach. Ballet taught him that performance is about control, not force. Rugby taught him that the best things happen when people move together. Florian brings all of it to your lunch break, for one purpose: to be the reason someone finally starts.

What Moves Us, 2026: 1,448 km in 40 days, alone. Covered by SVT, Göteborgs-Posten, Hallands Nyheter and Sveriges Radio, backed by eight brands.

Challenge weeks are booked and invoiced, usually from a wellbeing or health budget. Tell us who you are and roughly when, and we send you everything. We answer every message ourselves.
