When you register your interest via our form, we collect the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- How you wish to participate (bike, run, support, group)
Why we collect it
Your data is used solely to contact you with information about the Nordic Challenge stage closest to your location and to organise your participation in the event. We will never use your data for commercial purposes or unsolicited communications beyond the scope of this event.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible only to the organising team of the Nordic Challenge. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which stores data securely on its servers. Netlify complies with GDPR requirements. You can read their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
How long we keep your data
All personal data collected via this form will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the end of the Nordic Challenge (by August 31st, 2026).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw your consent at any time
